Viton® Fluoroelastomer are referred to as FKM or FPM polymers. It is one class of synthetic rubber which provide extraordinary resistance to chemicals, oil and heat, while providing useful service life about 230 C. It is used in a wide variety of high-performance applications.
Aerospace: O-ring seals in fuel and hydraulic systems, manifold gaskets, fuel tank bladders, engine hose, clips for jet engines, tire valve stem seals.
Automotive: Shaft seals, valve stem seals, fuel injector o-rings, fuel hoses, gaskets.
Industrial: Hydraulic O-ring seals, diaphragms, electrical connectors, valve liners, sheet stock/ cut gaskets.

FKM Precompound is mixing of fkm fluoroelastomer raw gum and curing agents. It can divide into two types based on application-molding grade and extrusion grade. According to formulation, it can be divided into copolymer and terpolymer, bisphenol curable and peroxide curable grade.
